UltraVista orchestrated application development of the “Eco-fee Program” to fund recycling programs by delivering end-to-end sustainable, automated eco-fee solution with all the benefits of service automation. We created product vision and roadmap timeline, articulated the product mission and product strategy, prioritized features, managed the backlog, project costs and provided servant leadership to a remote oversea Agile development teams on implementing the Cloud solution leveraging MS Azure V2, Azure Database, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake, OKTA SSO, and migration of reams of legacy data.
UltraVista managed the I&IT Development and Delivery GIRO HASTUS Software as a Service platform, leading development, preparing reports, deployment, and release management for the Metrolinx GO Transit by incorporating goals and long-term strategic planning, resource management and employing individual tactical steps to successfully reach delivery goals. We developed integrated release management plan and worked on implementation of intelligent automation practical solutions to improve return on investment through effective capacity planning of feature releases.
